Back from Ludicomix!

To say that our experience of Ludiconix has been positive under every aspect is probably the best way of describing it. Many have been the contacts with the public who have shown an appreciated enthusiasm for our work and many have been the contacts with people of the business who will surely help us to progress our project even further.

A special thanks goes to the guys of Ego3, organizers of the event, who have worked themseves to exhaustion to ensure all went well.

In conclusion we would like to thank every person who gave us a few minutes of their time to listen to us, to know us and to learn of our project. Your compliments give us the energy to continue working.

Many thanks also from Alessandro Valdrighi, our mangaka, for all the compliments made for his work.

Soon we will upload pictures and videos of Ludicomix, so... see you soon!

Guests at Gente di Cartoonia, Rome

Yesterday Yago and Hitomi have been guests at Gente di Cartoonia in Rome, along the Lungotevere in front of the Tiberina Island.
The show was very entertaining and as well as presenting to the public the 2 Come Loro project, we've had the chance to know many Italian celebrities of the world of cartoons, such as Mazzotta (the voice of Eros in Pollon and of Krusty the clown in the Simpsons), the Raggi Fotonici band, who'd organized the show and who've sung many songs from new and old cartoons and who have written many themes for the cartoons shown on RAI.
Also present were Passepartout, historical satirical comics drawer (Il Messaggero, Repubblica, L’Unità), Alessandro Valdrighi (drawer, scenographer and mainly the official drawer of 2 Come Loro ^__^), dubber Lidia Perrone (American Dad, Hotel Bordemer), everything presented by Mario Bellina directly from Rai 2

Return to Japan!

Since our return from Japan 2 months have passed, 2 very intense months during which we have been working on the project's presentation and the post-production of the official trailer with the footage shot on our first trip.

The call of the rising sun has taken us to plan a second trip to Japan and after another long journey we're here to continue writing the screenplay.

We consider necessary to write the screenplay in loco because we wanted to live as much as possible the atmosphere and the sensations which will have to be lived by "2 Come Loro"'s characters.

Stay connected! There will surely be more updates on the project's evolution!

Wednesday 13 December - 12:50

Shooting of the trailer ended!

After a week spent sleeping an average of four hours each day, we've returned to Italy with 6 hours of footage and very good news. Japan... first of all, whatever the reason of our departure, an AMAZING experience. Amazing under every aspect, the atmosphere, the places, the things and the people who have shown a kindness rarely seen elsewhere! But alas... I cannot continue with my tale of all that has literally fascinated us... we have to give some production news ^__^... one last thing: if we sound jolly it's because despite the sadness of having to return to Italy so soon we have a stronger resolve and determination to complete this project!!!!

TODAY'S UPDATES
Added on the left TOEI EIGAMURA VILLAGE's banner, a theme park set up by the historic movie and tv producer which goes by the name of TOEI.
TOEI KYOTO has been producing movies and tv shows set in the samurai era for over 40 years now and is accountable for most of the cult movies and shows of the genre.
Just consider that one of it's products, still on the air after 37 years, is MITOKOMON, none other than what is known in Italy as Shogun Mitsukuni Mito. Well... we'll never manage to thank them enough for what they did for us! ...You'll soon see in the trailer! Have a look on their link, the site (except for an English homepage) is in Japanese, but it's really worth it! Literally cast in the samurai era. If you're passing through Kyoto you must visit it!
